We specialize in providing quality housing accommodations in the Abilene area with the college student and military family in mind. Our properties are convenient to Hardin-Simmons University, Abilene Christian University, and Dyess Air Force Base and come equipped with a full range of appliances and central heating and air conditioning. Leases are typically granted for one-year lengths and require the first month's rent, a security deposit, and last month's rent at the time of signing. Pets under 30 pounds are allowed with a one-time $100 pet fee (which can be paid out over four months). Smoking in the houses is not permitted. Houses are located in residential areas of the city and tenants are expected to respect their neighbors and the neighborhood (e.g., no loud music or noises, no parking in the yard, no trash or messes in the yard, etc.).
